Legal residents of the United States (50 states and DC), the United Kingdom, or a European Union member state, 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher). EHB’s owners and their households can’t enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

From publication on October 31, 2026 until November 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (November 10, 4:59 AM GMT / 5:59 AM CET).
How to enter
People’s Favorite: create something at eyeheartblank.com, then publish it during the challenge in a public Instagram post or Reel from your own account that tags @eyeheartblank and includes #EyeHeartBlank. The post must stay public until winners are confirmed.
EHB Favorite: every eligible Instagram entry counts, or enter for free without Instagram: create something, tap SHARE IT, then Enter the challenge, and submit your name and email.
One entry per person per prize. If we receive more, only the first counts. Each person can win one prize.
Prizes
Two prizes: each is one adult EHB custom T-shirt printed with the winner’s creation, in their choice of available adult size, with standard shipping to an address in the US, UK or EU (approximate retail value $45 / €42 / £35). No cash alternative or transfer. Any taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
How winners are picked
People’s Favorite: the eligible post with the most likes at 11:59 PM ET on November 9, 2026, as counted by EHB. Likes from bots, purchased or automated engagement, or like-for-like schemes disqualify an entry. A tie goes to the entry EHB judges more creative and original.
EHB Favorite: chosen by the EHB team for creativity and originality. Likes and followers play no part. If the People’s Favorite winner is also our favorite, the EHB Favorite goes to our next favorite.
EHB’s decisions are final.
Winners
We contact winners by Instagram message or email on November 11, 2026. Each winner has 72 hours to reply with their size and shipping address in the US, UK or EU; otherwise we may pick the next eligible entry. We announce winners once they accept. For the winners’ names, email us after November 11.
Your creation
Entries must be your own original creation, and you must have permission to use anything you upload, including photos of other people. You keep ownership. By entering, you let EHB view and judge your entry, and print and ship it as a prize if it wins. We’ll ask before reposting or featuring it. EHB may disqualify entries that infringe someone else’s rights, break the law, are hateful or obscene, or can’t reasonably be printed.
Privacy
We use your details only to run the challenge and deliver prizes, as in our privacy policy. Entering doesn’t add you to any marketing list.
General
EHB may cancel, suspend or change the challenge if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with it or breaks these terms. EHB isn’t responsible for entries lost or not received for technical reasons. By entering, you release EHB from liability arising from the challenge or the prize, to the extent the law allows.
